Good deal or did I F%$K myself?

God that one looks horrible:crap:
Yeah I know. I dont care what they look like though. If they work, I will be more than amazed, lol. I havent found a DMM yet though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I know there is one around here somewhere, finding it is the hard part.

A 9 volt battery would work too. I suspect at least one will be bad. I mean, the zero feedback guy did say this: "DO NOT KNOW THE WORKING CONDITION" in large bold letters. Pretty much a major warning sign that something is likely wrong.

I was thinking of maybe just mounting them inverted, because one has a shit load of glue on it and the other has a tear in the cone.
I've reviewed the listing and "sh*tload of glue" was not in the features list. Even if they half work, just the fact they look like they've been through a tornado this upholds the rule... never buy from a 0 feedback seller.

If they both work, they will be fine for me. If I cant trade them off, they will be mounted inverted in the box, since the *** of it doesnt look too bad.

Anyways, I got a DMM today, and I will be testing the coils, as soon as I figure out how to use the **** thing.

Nevermind, figured it out. Anyways the coils read 3.6 and 3.2 on one sub, and 3.5 and 1.2 on the other sub. They are supposed to be dual 4 ohm subs, does that mean they are all bad? or just the 1.2 one?

one bad coil. one weak coil. The 3.2 weak coil is still ok. It's not THAT bad. The other sub should be ran single coil. Make sure you weren't possibly pressing the cone while taking that measurement. Move it up and down a few times and let it rest then retake the measurement.

So that is probably why it sounded fuzzy? Because it is weak? Would it be ok to run the one sub with 500 watts going to it and then only 250 going to the other sub? Or would I be better off just running the one that has two ok coils?
