Good deal or did I F%$K myself?

There's the point of no return...... Never buy from a zero bidder with "paypal account funds". Always use a credit card "just incase". Now all he has to do is send you a brick in a box and provide tracking and you're completely done.
No, Paypal doesnt release the money until a day after it is PROVEN by tracking information the item is received. It gives the buyer time to see if it really is the item they bought. I just sold a whole bunch of stuff on EBay, and that is what happened to me. I couldnt get the money until a day after the tracking info showed it was received, or until the buyer left me positive feedback on EBay.

You just told me he can prove he sent you a brick in a box, I mean an amp. He gets paid.

That no money until delivered thing is a new thing for newbs. I've been on ebay since 1999, wouldn't know anything about all that jive. Old accounts have zero restrictions.

No, I have one day after receiving the item to file a claim about it. All accounts have the restrictions, it just applies to mostly electronic purchases. I sold my girlfriends dresses and I got the money right away, but with hard drives and other electronics, they put a hold on the money until the buyer confirms its what they bought basically.

0% feedback and BIG *** BOLD LETTERS UNDERLINED saying doesn't know if it works or not.

Man, probability of them not working is 70-90%.

Hope it works out for you but honestly doesn't lookg god at all.

Yeah, I know. They most likely wont work. I dont even have my hopes up anymore. I have pretty much already thrown it in the fail column of things I have purchased.

its all good man, dont stress yourself over that sh#t. Learn from your mistakes. Plus even if u got screwed its less than a $100.

for future ref : Personally i only buy from sellers with 100% and who had >= 20 Transactions.

Again, Chances are low but dont give ur hopes up.

It may work it may not. But if they don't work you would be unfair to file a claim against him. He stated he doesn't know if they work or not so it's would just be your loss. You could always try to repair them if they're broken though. Hope they work

Well from my experience untested and condition unknown means" im a fk'ing lying a$$hole and i tested them and they were broke so im gonna unload them on somone as untested...got caught up in the same thing...bought 5 hard drives from a seller that said untested/unknown condition and ALL 5 were bad..i emailed him and told him i could believe maybe 2 or 3 would be bad but all 5? He sent me 5 more to protect his feedback:D
