good car/truck for around $6000

I am hopefully getting a new car within the next month or two, so i decided to start looking. I really want an ext. cab ranger, but i cant seem to find the right miles and price on one yet. Looking for under 100k miles and around $6k. Hopefully it will be good on gas, but if not it should be rather quick. Any opinions?

ps. also want it to be easy to be loud, as in a hatchback or ext. cab truck.... something not hard to get loud.

if you want a truck get an extd. cab toyota. the old ones run great and you can take em anywhere.
