Wat u guys think? I'm really diggin the crescendo amp though and it's a good price!

I can vouch for the DB and the AQ as being some good power for the $$...but I know nothing more than what I have read here about the Crescendo..I did talk to a guy here who swapped from a Orion HCCA 2500 to the nendo 3.5k and was disappointed in the sound difference. Don't get me wrong, the same differences probably would have applied to the AQ and Db too...u get what you pay for applies in more ways than one...

Unless you are in stiff SPL competition and need nothing more than raw rms power, look into the specs beyond rms power. Power output is just a starting point. First, all else being equal, 2x power = roughly +3db gain..noticable, for sure, but not a major difference to the ear. It is how CLEAN the power is (THD), and how the amp CONTROLS the power(Dampening Factor) that have as much if not more influence on the perceived sound than simply doubling the power output. Simply swapping one dirty and unbehaved amp for another is really pointless...and this is also the difference between a $750 IA 2.0 and a $430 AQ 2200D

If you can get an IA2.0 for $450, you better jump

I'm not into competition, I just want something that's good and reliable that'll last and that will play my subs good. I'm not gonna throw at them full power now because I still need another battery but I will be doing that after I get some more money

the opti are good amps i have only used the 4 channels and they can get ur mids and highs stupid loud. i like the AQ, NENDO or DB Drive. @catman is selling pd2000 but i think u said u dont wanna buy used

Wtf? You'll pay $400 for a piece of crap Lanzar but won't pay $380 for a Crescendo because it's directly off their website? They don't have dealers, YOU'RE teh dealer. They give the same price to everyone. If you want a cheaper price, buy used. If you want a piece of junk, buy the Lanzar.

Gut pic of a 6000d almost identical board to the ss xxx10k but with some upgrade component to make power in a 12 volt setting.

how am i a dumbazz, im not spending 600 dollars for an amp like u crazy people here. im not going to competition and im not trying to show off. i just want something good and reliable that can handle my power. i like how ppl try to act all hard over the internet...

Agreed. My buddy has an Opti amp pushing 2 opti 12's and he was servin up 146's out of his trunk port facing forward. Lanzar isnt my cup of tea though. I have come to learn that you get what you pay for.

I do not know much about Atomic..I was looking at a Atomic AT-2200.1D and it was showing 2200x1 @ 1ohm on 80a fusing...I know fusing is not everything, far from it..but it seemed kind of odd...are they that efficient?...as far as the rest of the specs, i did not see anything really special to justify the $500.00 price tag (closeout)...whats up?
