DD is coming out with a really nice 6.5 sub if you want the best....

looks nice...but 50watts rms it may be good for a computer sub...I'm sure the DD's will take about 500 rms...I was running a DD M3 on 4 of my DD 6.5 LT's in the trunk of my Saleen doing mid 140's....sounding like two 12's

Don't be fooled by the power spec, I have given one of these 300 watts without any negative side effects. It would help if knew how much power they'd get. If it's a higher power application, I agree with you on the DD's.

Since when does RMS ratings = output potential anyway? For vented systems, it plays a larger role than in sealed setups, but even then its only one piece of the puzzle.

op there are many options with out a budget your power your goals with these its hard to steer you in the right direction..
