good 2 channel for my comps

hey, what's the best 2 channel amp that puts out 80-100 rms at 4 ohms in the $100-150 range? it is gonna be used to power a set of phoenix gold rsd6.5 comps. i've looked on ebay and i've found these amps... are any of these good or are there others you guys could recommend?
