good 100 x 4 amp?

i am thinking of getting Rainbow SLC365s and SLC265s, but i don't have a 4ch amp. i was looking at the US Amps Xterminator 1600.4, but they are on backorder. so any other suggestions? i want a minimum of 100 x 4 @ 4 ohms. and i would like it to be $300 MAX. but if it's worth it, i may be able to spend a bit more. also, the smaller the better.

edit: i would also like a black amp if possible

you can find phoenix gold xenon 100.4 amps on ebay for under 300 dollars, they are good amps
