So both the jl 13w7 and 12 sundown x will be louder than what I have right now? Out of the 13 w7 on 1200rms and 12 x on 1500rms which would be louder and have good quality?

That's like askin what one will have higher SPL.
Nobody knows for sure except you. And it's all install dependent.
