Going to port the EU700's...Need Port Help

I currently have two EU700's in the rear deck of my IS300. Each is hanging in it's own sealed .3 cubic foot enclosure. Now, I want to port them for more output but I would like to use the enclosures that I have them in right now because it's a ***** to get anything to fit in that space.

What should I tune to? What is the smallest port size I can get away with? My biggest constraint is that the speaker itself isn't very far from the speaker enclosure inner wall. If I put the port on the same face as the cone then it will have to be a small opening. Do I have to have the port on the same plane as the cone?

I dont know jack about porting...please educate me

Pics of what I'm talking about.....
