Going to Concerts alone

I practically went to a Dave Matthews concert alone because the people who were suppose to sit by me never showed so I watched the entire thing by myself. It's kind of a lonely feeling but the music is good regardless. It's just better when you have a friend there to enjoy it with.

I'm actually in a predicament right now were I probably won't be able to sit with my friends in the Muse concert I'm going to in September. But I've told myself I want to see them so bad I just don't care really, if I do go alone I'll probably get pit tickets that way it doesn't matter if you are by friends or not. lol

Something worth noting, if you do not know the area, mapquest it, then look at the aerial image, learn what to expect, large building on right, empty parking lot on left, etc. whatever. It might help to write those down too.

No problem though.My friends and I go to a lot of concerts.I'm pretty much always the driver.And with places I'm not familure with, I study the mapquest map and more importantly the closest aerial image I can get. I also like to write down how long you go on the road its on before you get to it, so I'll KNOW if I passed it or not.

I learned from just trying to play it off (that one solo concert, I knew which highways to take and found the exit, but after that............lol it was a long night).

Actually yes, I would like to.I'm into a shit ton of bands that are small.A lot of them make some very good, un-mainstream music. I listen to just about anything, but I'm really into almost any kind of metal.

How come people are so bad at directions? I can look at a map and know where I'm going, yet people get lost with navigation.

Also, who the hell cares if you go alone? It's not like the band will point and laugh at you, if they did, that would just be ****ing hilarious.

Not too impressed with beneath the massacre, definently got into "through the eyes of the dead" and I'm REALLY liking "As blood runs black" "brighter side of ????" can't see the full song name.Either way I'm digging the sound of that song. Haven't checked out the last band yet. I'm liking the guitar work of "as blood runs black".

Adam's Ruin can really get the crowd going, everyone I've played them for up here has loved them. If you actually want to hear more of their songs in full I could send you some.

All the bands you're going to see will be a couple hours from me on august 27th.Just may go check them out.Your show is before that, so post a review or something on how the show was.
