Hello new member here.
I drive a 2003 Accord Coupe V6
Well recently, I decided I want to get a system done to my car. I want to do it correctly and I want it to sound better than stock. Now mind you I am a total newb when it comes to this though I am really eager to learn.
I am an employee at Best Buy so I plan to purchase everything through there with my employee discount. I know they don't carry alot of the high end stuff like JL, but I figuere I'm going to go with Infinity or Alpine.
I'm looking for a decent sound system with some kick to it. I am going to be keeping my stock head unit since the head units in the 7th Gen Accords have the built in dual zone climate controls.
I plan on going with components in the front, two 6x9 speakers in the back, and one twelve inch subwoofer. For that, I figuere one mono amp and one four-channel amp. This should be enough for me to grin when I'm cruising around.
After looking around on Best Buy.com I figuere I'm going to be doing this:
Components:
Infinity Reference 6-1/2" 2-Way Component Car Speakers w/ Plus One Woofer Cone (Pair)

Rear 6x9 Speakers:
Infinity Reference 6" x 9" 3-Way Car Speakers w/ Plus One Polypropylene Cones (Pair)
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=7730208&type=product&productCategoryId=cat03077&id=1140392384508
Subwoofer:
Infinity 12" Dual-Voice-Coil 8-Ohm Subwoofer
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=7730155&type=product&productCategoryId=cat03081&id=1140392384210
Amps:
As for amps, I really have no idea what to look for. All I know is I want to do one Mono Amp for the subwoofer and one 4-Channel Amp for the components along with the rear deck speakers.
If you guys have any tips or anything as for what Amps I should go with, please let me know. These are the amps bestbuy carries:

I also realize I am going to need to upgrade my battery since the one I have now makes the headlights and interior lights dim when I try to turn it on now and I have the stock system in now lol. I know the obvious choice is Optima, but has anyone tried out the Duralast ones?
And I am going to be getting it installed by the techs at best buy, so as far as wiring goes, I'll just ask them what I need since we get a great deal on wiring along with Car Audio itself.
I know the Alpine Type R's are also a good choice and I'll also be looking at them too. Is there a big difference from the Infitity's I posted and the Alpine Type R's?
So please, if you have any tips on the parts I should go with, please let me know.
Thanks
