Going To Active Setup What Amp?

I am looking to run an active setup for my polk sr's(Front Stage Only). What amp would you recommend? Looking for SQ setup. Never tried this setup before so if you have any tips and pointers it would be helpful.

there are a lot of amps to choose from. usually people use a 4 chan amp. id sugest a JL450/4 mmmmm

Memphis 3004 mmmmm (in sig) but you can do active with any 4 channel or two 2 channel amps if you can control the XO settings with either internal or external crossover.

Polk's crossovers are excellent, have you tried bi-amping them yet?

No, is that why there is a woofer and tweeter input for the polk crossover? And how would I set up the bi-amp?

FWIW, I'm going to run the Blaupunkt Velocity amps for my 3 way active front stage. Dirt cheap and they test at or above rated power. I'm selling off my Arcs in the classifieds.
