Going from dif. amps, notice much difference?

I recently decided to sell my stuff and look into some wheels for my car due to gas prices and such hauling around a sub + other things in my trunk. I recently backed out of the whole wheels thing and deicded to keep my stuff. I sold my amp(DEI 1100D) which was powering my 12" RE SX. I was looking at a budget amp again and thoguht about the Profile AP2000 and bridged at 4ohms. Would there be much of a difference in loudness from switching to this amp v.s. the 1100D. I hear Profile does their rated power/close to, and also heard that about the 1100D when I picked it up. Just wanting some other peoples 2 cents on if there will be much change. Thanks.
