going active (possibly 3 way)... which processer?

as the title states, i plan on going active in the near future but my headunit isnt 3way or even 2 way capable (eclipse avn 5435)

audiocontrol would be my first thought. $$$

9887 or PRS880/800 is probably the most popular around here.

I like my 9887, as its pretty easy to use. I would recommend that any day. I may be trying out a PRS800 in the near future though.

I'm not biased or anything, but I vote Audiocontrol.

if money is not a issue then look into the Zapco dsp-6

I'm always a fan of the Alpine EQ's. The F1 if money is no option, but the PXA-701 is great. Lots of options and settings that can be changed on the fly.
