GM terminal striped?

well i may have striped my brand new optima yellow top. i did strip the terminal screw. i threw on a bolt but its not very tight. id check the battery but its a pain in the *** to get out. wondering if blue loctight will conduct or if id be messing up the connection if i used it? any ideas on how to fix it if i did strip it? its not fully threaded... its just got 3 spots that are threaded so im not sure if a tap would do much good.

im going to pick up some terminals for the posts but im not sure if i can get the stock wires to reach them.

hhheeeeyyy i forgot about heli coils. **** i have to take that battery back out now.
