Amp making very high pitched noise

I just wired up my bxi2607, and out of nowhere its making this very high pitched tone (probably 20khz ish), barely audible, but loud enough to notice when you are near it. its not coming from my speakers, and the amp is working just fine still, so i can't figure out wtf this could be

1. could it be damage of some sort?

2. could it be some kind of bad ground or connection or something that could cause this?

Try to understand its the actual AMP itself creating this noise, not sending this signal to the subs, and the amp is still making power, and isn't in protect or anything

I dont get it

And now after I let it just do that for about half an hour total, it just stopped //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

does it sound like an old crt computer monitor ringing? like that? I had that whenever i turned my amp on in the morning, and it went away after a few minutes of use....
