i bought a 99 blazer with the bose factory radio. i can't find an external amp so i'm assuming there's not one. So my question is, is the amp a built-in one inside the factory HU, or are the speakers just a better speaker or both? If the bose amp is built in and just pushing more power out to the speakers then i would like to put a aftermarket HU in and use it's amp. But i don't know if it's wired a specific way or not. Any advice is appreciated.
Theres a factory amp for the speakers. YOull have to wire up the remote wire to turn it on. Id let the factory amp power them, more power, better sounding then a CD player.
