glue for attaching surround to cone

i'm not sure how well a epoxy or polyurethane glue (such as gorilla glue) would work, they tend to get brittle.

I never had an issue with it, which is why I suggested it.

aside from the fact that your surround is attached and doesnt exactly apply to this situation.
Imagine that
