im so confused

First of all I have an IDQ10v.3 D4

I am looking for an amp (pref zapco) and came across 2 for sale. They have the same model number (500m) but one says 2omh stable while the other one say 4ohm.

first of all what do i need for my dual 4 ohm subwoofer. and will either of these or both work?

you need a 2 channel 4ohm or a mono 2ohm

let me see if i get it

So i want the 2 ohm stable ("high current") one for my sub, and the other 4 ohm amp (with same model number and appearance) is in fact a different amp and will not work. correct? (sorry im a semi-noob at all this)

ok so apparently they are all 2ohm stable yet the birth cirtificates all say 5** wrms @ 4ohms. im still confused as shit

they will both work depending on how you wire your sub

ok i get it now. so i can wire it normal for 4 ohm or parallel for 2 and get the same wattage.

no, you can wire it at 8 or 2 ohm

approximate example

500x1@4ohm = 1000x1@2ohm or 250x1@8ohm
