i use my pipe snowboarding gloves, they are thin, really warm, and they have REAL nice grip on them! here they are:

which ones are the best from mechanix? The original specialty ones seem good but they don't look very warm like the original.

best gloves ever for cold work are Iron Clad cold conditions

i worked in a lumberyard for a while and the winter was killer, these ****ers last forever and your hands stay toasty warm, comfy too

x2 Sometimes I use my snowboarding gloves to. Look into a pair, they are super warm and fairly easy to work in.
