I need recommendation on door speaker wattage and efficiency ratings! As well as an amp for them.

Needed:

2X6-1/2" door speakers

2X 6"X8" door speakers

What I have chosen so far:

2X Pioneer 1400w max 400rms (200 per coil) 12" subs

1X Rockville 1500W peak amp 375RMS bridged per channel

Main Question:

What wattage and efficiency ratings do I need on my door speakers so it's not distorted? I plan on getting. A new head unit to replace stock and additional amp for door speakers.

I would love any recommendations. Trying to stay in the same price range if you recommend something for the subs or amp.
