Alright, after close to seven hours in the ER all is well. Her blood pressure spiked up to like 150/99, she had a migraine, was vomting, running a 100.2 degree, and was having stomach cramps.
Went to the doctor, stayed with her until I took her home about an hour ago and sat with her awhile while she slept. As for pics, here's one she recently sent me:

Avg wait time for emergency care here is ~4 hours. Due to overwheming number of impoverished people with no insurance, most hospitals are folding.

I broke my collarbone (snapped it in half witha bunch of little fragments floating around) when I was a senior playing football; I sat in the emergency room in my practice pants and a cutoff shirt (cutoff around the stomache; think like a half shirt), both of which smelled HORRIBLE, for 2 hours before I even got back to take x-rays, which took an additional hour, before I got any sort of painkillers at all.

In the ER, I sat next to a guy who turned out to be a friends brother (didn't know at the time) who had a huge 3" gash across his hand. He ended up waiting about 4 hours for stitches.
