^That's what we've been talking about and i'll mention that to him...I told him my table saw is pretty darn quiet..and i'll be almost always cutting MDF, so that's quiet-cutting as well.
And I told him if I know it's going to be loud...like the router, I would use it during daylight only.

But I might run that by him

I would as far as that goes. Is there any other people renting near it? Im trying to get a picture in my mind of what kind of building it is.

Is it in like a residential or business area? Any neighbores ect.? You should be alright with just a table saw thats new and nice. Mine is an old pile that is so loud i dont even want to turn it on.

It is like 40 feet from his house and it's in a neighborhood //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif...but still, it's insulated pretty well it looks like and if worst comes to worst I could make some small walls of MDF to put acoustical foam on that I can surround my work space with to dampen a lot of the noise

Why is that?...honestly, my table saw is DARN quiet, and I won't be making loud noise past 11pm anyways....and wont be using the router unless its daylight out.

And thanks king, i'll try not to crank RF's too hard, haha
