Getting new rims for the Civic....

Well I decided on new rims for the Civic...I'm tired of what I have on it right now....I am torn between two choices....both are the same style just different colors.....Here is what I have on the car now.....

put some coils on it then worry about rims

dave you need to put lowering springs on it and also get a smaller tire....i'm rockin some 15's but under a rex slammed as far as possible (while still being able to drive down the road) they look great...

I sometimes don't drive the car for months on end...and chrome is too much up keep...it gets to looking bad just sitting up....

meh im not a fan of chrome lips.. the rims look decent if it was all one color

I would but I know nothing about installing them...I had put nearly $2000 in my suspension on my Focus...Saleen lowering springs...shocks struts...over size sway bars and it rode like crap...bottomed out like the bottom was coming through the car...so I got rid of it taking a major loss...I don't want to screw this suspension up...I use the car mainly to pick up my daughter that lives 4 hours away...or business trips that are far off

Whatever you do make sure they are a larger with less rubber.

it looks fine if its for long trips.. the more tire the better the ride..

they are small they are 15's....what came on the car...it uses special low restictive tires....this car is mainly for fuel economy for long trips...it gets between 40-50 mpg...if I went to 17's...I'd probably loose about 10 mpg from what I've read about these on the honda forum....
