Getting new computer, need help!

If you had $650, which computer would you get? Has to be fast, and good graphics, I download lots of movies and xbox games so something slow won't cut it.

I would prefer a Dell, but I'm open to other stuff.

and I can't build my own cause my old tower has no room to upgrade (no i dont want new tower) , and NO macs.

Walmart has an Emachine that's a decent gaming rig if you upgrade the power supply and processor. The upgrades are about $200 and the computer itself is $400. Doesn't come with a moitor, though. You'd need an HDMI upgrade too.

Should be doable for $650...
