getting louder with windows up

I usually drive with my windows down but now that it is colder i have kept my windows up. There is a huge difference and my system is a lot quiter. I searched and it seems like this is pretty common thing but is there any way to help get the system louder with the windows up. My system is 2 12" type r's in 2.3 cubes each tuned to 32hz and a cadence zrs-9 at 1 ohm in a 94 mustang.

Power isn't always the problem. There is many more factors to it.

mines the complete oppisite. When i have windows opened up it aint that loud but as soon as i put them up there is a huge gain at least to the ear

this the second time in 2 days someones started talkin shit when i recommend deadener. is a quieter, more solid car, and a stereo thats louder inside and quieter outside not a good thing? whats the crack?

Uh settle the **** down dude...I wasn't talking shit, merely pointing out the reasoning behind why th op problem exists, which by the way deadner will NOT fix. In case your reading comprehension is lacking the original problem is a difference in spl when the windows are up and when they are down, no? Deadner will not change the loudness differential between the two.....it will be louder during both scenarios, but the difference between the two will not change.Sorry to step on your obviously over sensitive toes. I agree deadner will do all of the things you mention. Btw in case you haven't figured it out yet, intent and emotion does not transfer well over typed words. You may want to clarify what that might be before you "talk shit" or you could get owned by a noob. Good day.
