Dump her. No decent woman would ask their current boyfriend to get into a fight with an old one. She's being selfish and putting you in harm's way because she wont take care of her own problems.
A baseball bat beating will only get you thrown in jail. Pretty much any weapon would. You need to extract yourself from this problem, and from that blood ******* woman.

If this dude steps on his property, self defense can easily be used as a defense. Especially if they have proof of prior harrassment, jail would not be a concern. But i agree with what you said.

Just run an grab the dude by the throat....the biggest sob can't do nothing when he's got his throat being strangled, not to mention he'll be in shock for the first couple seconds, and that's when you don't play fair
