Getting feedback noise when HU is off

So the subs are working fine and everything else is fine. Only problem now is when i power off the HU, the Subs sort of make a constant feedback noise. sort of like when you put two microfones together u get the noise except coming through the subs. This only happens when the HU is off.

HU is STOCK and im running LOC behind the HU from the radio harness two run my comps and another LOC tapped into the rear speaker wires for the sub.

Setup for the sub is 12" alpine type R in custom fabbed ported 2.5cubes powered by a diamond audio d61000.1 with gains turned pretty low.

up front is kicker ss65.2 comps powered by an orion 2 channel amp.

the comps dont have this noise just the subs. What could it be?
