getting dents out.. anyway u know of?

the way paint less dent removal works is they go behind the area with wierd *** shaped rods and push the dent out. Its a complicated art known as metal sculpting because if the guys good he will make it perfect. I had a guy take out 4 on my car but they were small almost door dings. He even pulled out at pointed rod to replicate the orange peel...

they drill a small hole in the inner fender linings and then pull out the interesting tools. once they are done they plug up the 1/4 to 1/2" hole with silicone and a plug. You will never know it is there.

the guys who dont know what their doing, dont have the right equipment, are lazy or dont care drill holes, you should be able to get any dent out from the back side or by using glue pullers from the top side...

it's against insurance policy for a PDR tech to drill holes in ANY panel, if they do they are required to replace and refinish the panel (s) and blend adjacent panels...

and they really cant do anything larger than a half dollar in diameter, with VERY few exceptions...so if it's bigger than that I probably wouldn't go PDR, in fact they will probably turn you away...

You're kidding right? If they are good at doing paintless dent removal, there is almost no dent they can't fix. As long as it doesn't have a hard edge/crease or missing paint, there is almost no limit.

I had a huge dent on my front fender, right on the body line of the car, it looked terrible, it was at least 8x6 inches or so, and 3 inches or more deep in one spot. I went to the best shop in town, and for $100 he had the fender looking like it was brand new.
