Do you have a factory amp? did you hook up the converter after the amp, going to the speakers or connected before the amp. If there is a factory amp and you connect it before the amp it doesnt give enough signal for the rcas

Try changing the phase, which is switching the positive and negative going into the subs.

But it's most likely you box, get a custom one built to the specs alpine recommends.
