keep in mind i live in mississippi and the house was built in the 60's and is only about 1000 square feet. most houses that are only 20 years old are only about 50,000

Nope. I'm still going to school. This December or January I'll be moving out. My parents go to Florida for the winter so I'll have the house to myself soon.
