Getting Amps Fixed

Does anyone know where you can get amps fixed like in Chicago?

I have a Crunch P250.2 amp that turns on but it stays in protection.

and this one guy wants to sell me this Audiobahn amp for $10 n he said that it turns on but stays in protection.

Anyone know what the problem would be or where I can get it fixed n how much it would cost?
