Getting a New System-Have a couple questions

Hello,

I am upgrading the OEM system in my 2005 Honda CR-V. First step for me is replacing the head unit. I can only spend under $120.00. I've been looking at the Pioneer DEH-2200UB and the Kenwood KDC-MP345U, any thoughts?

Also, I need the dash kit for the car is this the right one? Parts-Express.com:

And finally, I need a wiring harness but I'm not sure what I'm looking for. There are a lot of matches on Parts Express for what I might need... can anyone steer me in the right direction? Thanks!
