The way that the law is written makes it allowable for an officer to just take your sh*t without even hearing it or getting a report. Basically if an officer see's that you got subs in the back of your suv he can just take your ride for what you MIGHT do, because your stereo can reproduce music farther than 75ft. All he has to say is that he heard it.
