u really think cmx kicks beat germs?
For midbass, I'd have to say yes from what I've read. Maybe a Rainbow dealer will come in here and confirm this.

Oh, and the CMX comes with the CAL25 Titanium tweeters unlike the Germs CAL25 Silk tweeters. SO if you want a little bit brighter highs, I'd go the metal dome route.

Boston rated them for 400W RMS, so it won't be a problem.
****, that's like a JL W6v2 subwoofer RMS rating.

Anyway, I always wanted Boston Z60s, but they were a little out of my price range so I look at the Pros instead. I really liked my old Rallys. Where you planning on getting the Bostons if you end up deciding on the Bostons?

I haven't heard the Germs, but I think the Bostons need TOO much power. I fed mine with 125w and it still was not enough so I took them out. If you're interested I have the mids and tweeters for 'em for sale, just have posted a thread yet. PM me if you're interested. Tweets are brand new, mids are not, but I hardly used 'em.

I'd vote for the CMX Kicks, too. I have the regular CMX 265's, and I like them a lot. Great midbass presence, and the CAL25 titanium tweeter is perfect for my listening tastes.

i got CMX 265 kicks BNIB //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif :) //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif :)
