K King Alpha 10+ year member Member 35 0 Hawaii Aug 6, 2007 #9 I'm pretty sure the Boston's are 3 ohm speakers. so if the amp is 2x200 @ 4ohm, the Bostons will see somthing like 266Watts. You might want to check is the Bostons can take that much power. They probably can, but it's better to be safe.
