And out of the two, probably the Z6's.

oh and they will be running off an xtr 500.4 bridged. gains of course would have to be low on the germs

I'm pretty sure the Boston's are 3 ohm speakers. so if the amp is 2x200 @ 4ohm, the Bostons will see somthing like 266Watts. You might want to check is the Bostons can take that much power. They probably can, but it's better to be safe.

Boston rated them for 400W RMS, so it won't be a problem.

and yes the bostons are 3ohm, i guess id just watch the gains. im only concerned about the amp takin the load

I'm giving my Germs 250w each, so they can also handle good power. I haven't heard the z6's but the pros sounded good, they just lacked in midbass.

how are the germs for midbass? id really like to get some after having my mbq's...they really sucked for midbass too

They do pretty well but I don't even have them baffled or deadened yet so I can't really say.
