Germanium crossover

So I recently bought a set of germaniums from a forum member and just installed them last night. The guy never sent me a manual for these and I dont know exactly what all the jumpers do on the crossover. Can someone explain the settings to me and what they do. I kind of figured out the tweeter part which I have set to reference soft which makes them sound least bright to my ear. Please help me with the crossover so I can get them to sound their best. Thanks.
