Running a 40cwr124 kicker 12 and a hifonics brx 1100.1 i set my gains with a dmm but i lowered it alot from what its supposed to be at , and it still pounds hard..am i not getting the full potential of the sub. Help pleasee

What made u lower the gains from the dmm setting?

The sub had alot of excursion felt like i was pushing it to hard

Are you setting the gains with a load or without and what test tone are you using?

With a 40hz test tone and the subs at a 2ohm load
