Gains between channels not matching

I have a 4 ch amp that I am bridging to power my tweeters. When I level match them, for it to match, the gain for ch1 & 2 is at 12 o'clock while the gain for ch3 & 4 is only at 9 o'clock and this doesn't seem right.

I'm measuring between the headrest of the front seats using an app on my phone. I don't think it's the app that's causing the problem because my mids are matched and the gains on its amp is in a similar position. The amp for the mids is also a 4 ch amp, which I'm also bridging.

The amp in question is this: Alpine MRP-F300 V-Power Series 4-channel car amplifier — 50 watts RMS x 4 at Crutchfield.com

use a DMM to measure AC voltage on each channel and match the power going to the tweeters first. a lot of factors can influence mic readings including phase interference (reflections) and phone mics are very sensitive to direction.

when using the DMM, use tones, and it can be at a low volume.

when using a mic, use pink noise.

I'm using the ms8's channel diagnostics, so it's sending pink noises. The mic is very consistent. I can turn it almost any direction and the readings are close.

I'm not looking for an accurate reading, just consistency so it's comparable. The app gives me a consistent reading for the other speakers every time.

I just have to level match all the drivers prior to calibration. I finished with it and the outcome is very good, so I'm not really complaining about the sound. I just thought it was a little weird and was wondering if that's common.
