Fusing question

Right, so my rear batteries are literally 10 inches from my amps. The cables are run ontop of mdf and carpet so no possible shorts. Would i still need to fuse eventhough a short is literally impossible?

Front batt to rear batt is fused at beginning and end.

 
anywhere where you have a battery to amp, it should be fused
Just off the battery is best!

I don't fuse anything. Never had a problem yet. Knock on wood... I'm not spending all this money on good welding wire and then putting some fuse in the way.

Fusing will protect if your amp has a catastrophic failure and wants to catch fire. Not really a huge risk, but not really a big investment for some extra safety.

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...

Nothing to add to this, Just wanted to say good luck and that I miss MiniDisc. OH!! Is that a Japanese Radio Tuner or does it get stations in the US?
