x2fuse any long positive runs, fuse the amp.
When an amp fuse blows, it means the amp would have if it wasn't there...All it takes is once.
that is what the fuse is for in case it gets grounded. The main fuse on the wire is for the wire protection in commercial electrical. Then a circuit breaker or fuse before a load to protect that. Take the battery cable and ground it, that is what can and may happen to your car if you run with no fuse. I have seen to much equipment burn up even when protected just because breakers and contacts have welded due to loads grounding. Fuses are just a safe simple bet, 5 dollars to keep the fire awayThat's an exaggeration. In all honesty, something has to physically be damage in order for system to get over-powered... like if the wire got grounded. Then it'd catch on fire... but, I mean, most people just won't ever blow their fuse. But, like said... i'ts better safe than sorry. We're talking about your X-thousand dollar car with your X-hundred/thousand dollar system.
Yep.Alright I made a diagram. With all the green being fuses. Does it look right?

Looks good although there is no reason what so ever to run 2 fuses on the same line like you have pictured here drop the second set on the 1 pair of wires save yourself the money.Alright I made a diagram. With all the green being fuses. Does it look right?
