Fuse rating

Alright I'm going to start the install of my components. I'm going to buy a 1/0 to 4 gauge distro block; so I will run 1/0 from battery to distro to 4 gauge wire for each amp (one for sub, one for comps). What amperage rating should I fuse the AGU holder located near the battery? Both amps have a 2 x 30A setup on them so should I try to find a 120A fuse since 60A + 60A = 120A or what? I've also seen fuses in the distro blocks, is that recommended?

yes, a 120 amp fuse would be best but if you cant find that exact one under fusing is better because blowing a fuse is better than ruining your equipment.....yes its just another line of protection for your amps

this guide can be useful in some instances, always good to check with the components your using though on what fuse sizes they use, but you NEVER want to run more amperage through a wire than its intended for.....
