Full setup help

I am completely new at all this car audio stuff; the most I can do is hook up my home stereo, so I could really use some help. I just bought two Sony Xplod 12" subs (already mounted in box), a Sony Xplod 1200 watt amplifier, and some monsterwire off of eBay. I'll be installing it in an 01 Civic Sedan. The eBay seller said it was a very simple setup and that this system is a great beginner system so I want to try to install it all myself to save money. The funny thing is that I haven'y got the setup yet and I also haven't got the car I want to put it in yet haha but I will have both this week so I thought I'd get a head start.

I really just need to know how to wire the system within the car (including hiding wires etc) and what hooks up to what. I've tried to look at do-it-yourself pages but I can't seem to figure it all out. Can anyone give me the rundown on how to wire this in the simplest and nontechnical language possible? Thanks
