Couldn't help it, just bought a fz1200. Its seemed like the best deal I could find after searching all day. I also bought a idmax 12v3 today. Will be running at 2 ohms. Is this a good combo? Also would this be OK with a stock alternator I think its a 90a.

you'll want to do the big 3 upgrade. If your battery is very old and about to die, you might want to replace that with an AGM battery as well. You wont need a high output alt with anything under 1500rms with your current alt.

Thanks I actually have a new agm xs power battery I bough and need to put in so I should be good. Thanks I'm super excited its my first real setup.
