Those are the new ones, next generation XXX components.

These were the original first generation XXX6.5's, Came out maybe a little over 2 years ago?

The basket/frame on them is actually 7", so I'd consider them 7" Midbass.

They are rather large, huge some might say. I had mine installed in sealed fiberglass door pods.

Ooh, so about 7" about? I'd need to do some cutting probably if I wanted to fit those midbass speakers in. Would they sound good in the lower doors along with some Infinity Kappa speakers in the door too, basically 2 Kappas and 2 XXX in the front doors?

Anyone know the depth of the speakers?

Ravenna is about 40 minutes south of Cleveland ish? Im about 25 minutes from Akron.

And yeah, those speakers, look huge ****, lol.

Not gonna find a good passive xover to work well with a single 2ohm midbass...

Need to find a cheap active xover...
