Sold FS: Working JL12W0 but broken cone

I had 2 JL 12WO's in my car but I realized one of them wasn't working well when I heard a slapping sound. The sub still works fine but the entire cone is not connected to the rubber surround on the outer edge. Little bits and pieces slowly came off and now they don't connect but sub still works fine. I can get pics if necessary

I also have my other 12WO for sale in good, working condition and will gladly give them for a package deal. Not looking for more than $100 shipped/OBO.
