Sold FS: US Amps ax4300 - one channel not working

The amp has 3 working channels out of 4. I do not know how to fix amplifiers but maybe this is an easy fix for one of you guys. Other than that, its a brand new amp and the other 3 channels are working fine.

One other issue with it is that one of the mounting holes broke off. Im sure its an easy fix for one of you guys. Probably just superglue will fix this. It is easy to see in the pics below.

Its basically brand new with like 2 or maybe 3 hours of play time on it at most. Not a scratch on it,

Im not sure how much to ask for this. Im also willing to trade it for stuff im looking for like:

2 channel amp that does 120 x2 @ 4 ohms

Sound deadening material + cash
