After a lot of thought, i have decided to sell my e8's. The reason why is one of the subs got messed up(It is a pair). I tested both of them with a DMM and one read fine at 4, but the other one only got to about 1. Woofercooker is going to get some recones in this month, and that will fix the one that's messed up, and if it's the tinsel lead he's not charging. Really, I kinda just want to get enough out of these to buy one of the new sa-8's, then i'll throw down some more for the second one. so that's $110. If that's crazy let me know, but that's really what I want to get. and they're really nice subs.

Sorry to thread jack, but is woofercooker fixing E8s for free if the problem is the lead wire?

i think i read that he would fix them for free if he can do it without a full recone plus you would have to pay shipping obviously. he said even if it needed a recone it would not be very expensive.

yea, he's fixing them for free if it's the tinsel lead. that's why i figured someone might want to buy these, cause that's the problem with the one that's messed up. but the recones are cheap too. about 25-35. anyone interested? ha ha.
