It is missing the ground screw I'm sure I have one for it but don't expect it to come with one. missing some screws out of the side plate I will get some pictures to show it. Got it off of dragnix. He said that it may have given him a ground loop issue ie whining from his speakers. Could have been his shitty ground (had to have seen it) but obviously not selling it with any type of warranty other than no doa. Im sure if you ground the rca's it will work perfect I just have no use for it
