i have a brand new 12" Kicker SoloX for sale or trade, preferably trade for a headunit or indash screen. Its straight from Circuit City Accomodations and still in the UPS box. But i got a new car and need a Head Unit before a sub. Help me out guys.

What you are doing is explicitely ILLEGAL as spelled out by your accomidation form that you signed with Kicker...

You can ONLY sell product after 1 calander year after purchase used or not. CC has not carried kicker for a year therefor you ARE in violation of your legally binding contract.

This is the EXACT activity that gets your accomidation PRIVELADGES revoked for everyone! And totally screws over competitors like myself and every other person the industry helps out...

All accomidations that we recieve are at a CONSIDERABLE discount, usually as good or better than competitor cost unless you are a BIG competitor. And just as with any competitor, you MUST sign a legally binding contract that states you will not resell any product you buy at accmidation for one calander year. To do so will not only result in your termination at Circuit City but also legal prosecution by Kicker...

accomidations I dont know, but for discounted prices in store it's 90 days...

actually, the cc i work at has a project vehicle that we are doing. My manager bought 2 solox's because the L7 was on back order. He didnt want to dump the money into powering both of them, so he put one in the show car and the other is sitting in the box. I asked if i could buy it off of him. He agreed. So im just trying to get a HU is that so much to ask? lol

Yes you are doing something wrong. Your manager is in complete error. You cannot sell that sub for one calander year after its purchase as spelled out directly by kicker when it was purchased. Period. Amen. End of story.
